Controversy Erupts in the Maldives: Three Ministers Suspended Following Racist Remarks in Response to PM Modi's Lakshadweep Tweet

Urgent appeals for reconsidering the choice of Maldives as a preferred tourism destination for Indians gained momentum on Sunday, following disturbing instances of racism displayed by some politicians in the island nation in response to a tweet by Prime Minister Narendra Modi. The Prime Minister had shared captivating images of his visit to Lakshadweep.
